 Ingredients:
For the Cauliflower Fry:
1 medium cauliflower (gobi) – cut into florets

½ cup maida (all-purpose flour)

¼ cup corn flour

1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

½ tsp red chili powder

½ tsp black pepper powder

Salt – to taste

Water – as needed for batter

Oil – for deep frying

For the Manchurian Sauce:
2 tbsp oil

1 tbsp finely chopped garlic

1 tbsp finely chopped ginger

2 green chilies, slit

1 small onion, chopped

1 small capsicum, chopped

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp tomato ketchup

1 tbsp red chili sauce

1 tsp vinegar

½ tsp sugar

Salt – to taste

½ cup water

1 tsp corn flour mixed in 2 tbsp water (for thickening)

1: Prepare the Cauliflower Wash or cabbage florets and soak them in salt water for 10 minutes. Drain and pat dry completely.

Step 2: Make the Batter
